Joelyanne Is originally from the French Riviera , well known Cannes and the movies festival in South of France .
She is a modern chef with a strong energy , a work ethic , and a lot of practice. Specialized in organic Thai cuisine. she has this very authentic approach to the food; constantly updating herself with fresh, exotic and traditional recipes, and always working toward perfection . Joelyanne received a unique culinary education in old world culinary Thai traditions ,cooking for the monks at , Wat Buddharangsi Buddhist Temple of Miami for many years .
She studied and graduated master degree in Marseilles business school . With a bartending degree in Miami, Joelyanne is also committed to preparing wholesome mixology cocktails. Certified STCW95 / ENG1, she has the qualifications expected for working on board a super-yacht.
Passionate by cooking , creating cocktails and traveling , she developed her knowledge working in renowned restaurants , luxury villas and super yacht in several elite destinations including Cannes , Ibiza , Saint Barth, Bora-Bora ,Panama ,Chiang Mai and Miami .
